India has more than 1,250 million people. It represents around 17% of the world population or one out of six people in the world. Is the second more populated country only behind China, but set to surpass it by 2030.
Let me share some photos of fascinating people I photographed while traveling there.
Many of these people are “survival” entrepreneurs, working on their own small personal businesses (street sellers, tuk-tuk drivers, etc.) to generate income to survive. Many of them want to progress financially, but with very limited access to any capital and always facing difficulties, that is a very hard to achieve objective. Several hundred millions are in that situation in India (as well as in many other parts of the world).

Gracias Alejandro.
